How it works
1. Share your link
Send your personal referral link to friends who'd make great au pairs and haven’t signed up yet. When they register through your link, they’ll appear in your ‘My Referrals’ list in the au pair app.
2. They complete their profile and go into matching
Once their application is approved and they enter matching (meaning they're able to talk to host families), a reward is unlocked for both of you.
3. Rewards
Your friend gets a discount on their program fee. You earn 125€:
Haven't paid your program fee yet? Your reward is applied as a discount.
Already paid and in your home country (before or after the program)? The reward is sent to your original payment method.
Currently an au pair in the U.S.? Your rewards add up and are paid automatically when you complete the program and return home.
*If we can’t use your original payment method, we’ll request your bank details.
4. Get Ambassador points when they travel!
As an Ambassador, you’ll earn 300 points if your friend matches with a host family and travels to the U.S. You can redeem these points for rewards like Cultural Care merchandise, personal development assessments, or gift cards.
